The project involved renovating the historic Summerland hotel on the Mediterranean coast in Beirut. Inspired by village life, the new architecture aims to create a harmonious environment, allowing residents to connect with each other and the sea’s natural beauty. The revamped facilities include a five-star Business Resort Hotel, banquet and restaurant amenities, a spa, health club, outdoor sports, and recreational facilities like waterfalls and a private beach. Additionally, a residential village offers 151 suites and 73 apartments with outdoor leisure facilities. The project features an all-season private marina and a Day Community Club for shareholders.
