NADesign LLC is proud to collaborate with Al Zorah Development Company, the visionary developer transforming Ajman’s coastline. Set on a prime marina-facing site, this project introduces a new standard of waterfront living defined by openness, natural light, and seamless connection to the landscape.

Designed in partnership with acclaimed architects DW5, the development comprises two residential towers:

•Tower A: G+16 floors

•Tower B: G+13 floors

Both rise above a transparent ground floor and two lower ground levels with marina-front units, parking, and services. A shared outdoor amenity deck connects the towers, featuring a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and open-air communal areas for residents’ leisure and social life.

This collaboration reflects NADesign’s strength in leading complex, high-quality developments through integrated local coordination and international design partnerships.
