This project aims to develop villas in Ash Shatti Sharqi, Dammam, Saudi Arabia, offering a unique architectural identity that harmonizes with the Saudi environment. The focus is on creating luxurious yet budget-friendly homes with distinct family-oriented spaces. The use of natural stone ensures integration with the surroundings while providing cost-effectiveness and heat insulation. The facade treatment combines wood-mark concrete for privacy, distinctive lighting, and thermal insulation. The result is a sophisticated blend of Saudi tradition and modern living for residents in the distinctive district.
